Our Shack

The W3VC shack looks just about like you'd expect for a club that's been around for nearly a century. It's full of great old equipment, and some new things as well. Our primary radio is a Icom IC-7610, donated to us by DX Engineering and Icom America. Alongside the base station is an Elecraft KPA-500 500W HF amplifier. Our primary HF antenna was an off-center-fed inverted vee for 160 meters through 6 meters, however it is no longer intact, with a replacement planned in the near future. We also have a Cushcraft beam for 6m/VHF/UHF. We also have antennas for both our UHF and VHF repeaters on the roof.
